1. Scope
These terms govern the Window Seat app by JC Studio and this website. See the privacy policy for personal data. Contact: whdcjf8172@gmail.com.
2. What the app provides
A focus timer in the form of a real-time flight: departures from 155 airports, destinations matched to focus lengths (25 min to 14 h), scheduled departures every 15 minutes, seats, boarding passes, the cabin view and seatback screen, arrival stamps and a passport, away-time records, diversion and arrival/away notifications. No account is created.
Scheduled flights and every route, seat and passport feature are free. “Depart now” (a charter that takes off immediately) opens after one rewarded ad you choose to watch, or with Premium; if an ad cannot load you can still depart. Banner ads appear on the booking and passport screens; the cabin has no ads and there are no full-screen ads. Window Seat Premium is an auto-renewing Google Play subscription (1 month or 1 year) that removes ads and allows unlimited “Depart now”; prices are those shown by Google Play at checkout.
3. The view and flight information
The view is drawn from open satellite, terrain and forecast data. It is not real flight, route, schedule or seat information, and flight times are set to match focus lengths. Do not use it for real travel, navigation or safety decisions. Focus and away time are measured from the screen state and app use; power-saving features or settings on some phones can delay or block notifications.
4. Your records
Records are stored on your device (latest 500) and may be lost if you uninstall, clear data or change devices. We cannot restore them.
5. Content and acceptable use
The app's design and software are protected. Third-party data (imagery, terrain, place names, airports, stars) is used under its own licenses, listed under Settings → Data sources. Do not disrupt the service, bypass security, infringe others' rights or copy and sell the app's content without permission.
6. Changes and liability
We may change or discontinue features to fix errors, improve the app or follow changes in data providers. Important changes will be announced in the app, the store listing or this website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Payments and refunds
- Paid features are sold through Google Play and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- Premium renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or the app's Manage subscription button); you keep Premium until the paid period ends.
- If more than 48 hours have passed or Google Play does not refund you, email us with your order number (starting with GPA.).
- Under Korean law, withdrawal from a digital purchase may be limited once you start using it; we refund if the feature is not delivered or differs from its description.
8. Ending use
You can stop using or uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play.
9. Changes and contact
